KHOJO separates acquisition from publication. A source response does not automatically make a record publishable.
Fetched means the source responded. Validated means a record passed required checks. Review Required means information was acquired but is not safe to publish automatically. Source Error means the source could not be reliably retrieved or parsed.
Zero valid records are never treated as a successful import. Public data should identify its relevant source and, for changing information, its reference date or last update.
